I'd like to see an option or setting that'll allow me to see the full path of the currently opened script.  The application's we write scripts for name the scripts identically, but their location obviously is always different.  So I'd like to see which scripts, based on path, that I'm working on.

We're planning to add some script file properties and the file path is certainly one of them.

Please let us know if there are anyother properties you would like to see (file size, create & modify date, ...).

I came in to post this very feature!

The file date & time would be useful when you are merging changes.Joe Chasko

Well, thanks for coming in!

Makes sense to me and should be easy to add.

Yes I agree. The Scripts Tab display in the Workspace area is very unfamilar and not very Windows like for listing currently open files. I would like to see a tree display similar to that of the Windows Explorer in the Folders Section. Many editors also have preferences settings that enable displaying the complete path in the Window title bar or on a status bar somewhere.

I too work on many files at the same time and they often have the same name and I have no idea from the Scripts Tab as to what file is what. My work around is to do a File/Save As and see where the dialog is pointing for the current active open file.

Some other editors I use are; MacroMedia Homesite, Helios Software Solutions TextPad and Microsoft Visual Studio. They all display the full file path in some way or another readily visible to the user.

I'm currently using an eval license and would need changes like this in order to purchase. When will I see a new version?

Best Regards,  phil

Take a look at the attached screen shot: we added the full path and file name as well as data/time created, modified and accessed to the Scripts Properties window (like in a Windows Explorer File Properties window).

You will be able to see this in the new version later this month.
